Private ground level town house entry from the parking area. Large eat-in kitchen. Large bedroom with good size closet plus one smaller room (8×8) child’s bedroom or perhaps for a home office. Sunken living room with walkout to huge south patio and yard on 7 acres of field and forest.

Mid-week days may be added to either end of your stay at a rate of $100/day.
There is a $100 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.
There is a $100 discount for succeeding weeks.
An email transfer is best and will automatically lock your requested dates. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your confirmation date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your occupancy date. Once confirmation is made, your deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay.
